Shipping Policy

We try and dispatch the delivery the products within 1 day after receiving the order.

Courier Services:

 

We ship orders you make using 3rd party courier services. Note, we do not ship the order directly by ourselves. We use different courier companies based different parameters like feedback from customers, cost of courier, availability of service in destination etc. 

 

Receiver or Authorized Receiver at the Delivery Address:

 

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and courier name, so that you can track your shipping. There shall be a receiver or an authorized receiver at the delivery address to receive the package. General practice by courier companies is to attempt second time if they could not deliver in the first attempt due to receiver or an authorized receiver unavailable at the delivery address. If you anticipate that you or an authorized agent will not be there are the property, please do not make orders. After several attempts (based on courier company policies), if they could not deliver, package is returned back at the origin. In such case, please note that we CANNOT refund your money since this situation is not at our fault.
